Go-Live Walkthrough Program CoordinatorWe’re looking for a Go-Live Walkthrough Program Coordinator who will participate in the planning, execution, and management of large-scale hospital and health system walkthroughs in support of Epic implementations and go-live readiness. In this role, you will combine healthcare operations knowledge, Epic familiarity, and data analysis expertise to capture and translate critical staffing, workflow, and space data into actionable insights. You will drive walkthrough strategy, oversee team execution, and ensure high-quality data that supports staffing models, budgets, and successful go-live outcomes.**This is a temporary position with a minimum duration through September of 2026. As a Best Places to Work award-winner and a trusted partner to a variety of clients, we specialize in tailoring solutions in healthcare IT, Implementation Services, and more, offering everything from remote consulting opportunities to direct-hire roles and in-house careers.What You'll Do:Plan and lead multi-hospital Epic walkthroughs to support go-live readiness and staffing strategies.Analyze Epic and DEP-based data to define walkthrough scope, sequencing, and resource needs.Coordinate onsite and virtual walkthroughs to accurately capture staffing, workflow, and space data.Build, validate, and synthesize walkthrough outputs into inputs for staffing models, budgets, and support plans.Lead and oversee walkthrough teams, providing direction, guidance, and quality assurance.Partner with hospital leadership and operational stakeholders to align on logistics, expectations, and deliverables.Serve as the primary point of accountability for walkthrough schedules, quality, and outcomes.Ensure compliance with CSI policies, project standards, and professional conduct requirements.Support go-live activities and assist project coordinators as needed.Your Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.3+ years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in healthcare or IT environments.Experience supporting Epic implementations or large-scale healthcare initiatives preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.The CSI Companies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
