Inside Sales Manager

They are known for strong internal promotion, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to developing their people through ongoing training and professional growth.What You Will Be DoingThe Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of inside sales representatives responsible for driving revenue, managing dealer relationships, and supporting key sales initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will coach, motivate, and develop a team of 10–15 reps (mix of onsite and remote) while fostering a culture of accountability and consistent execution.You will oversee daily sales activity, monitor key performance metrics, and translate data into actionable strategies.
