Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Sales Manager located in Lafayette, IN. The Store Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, meeting sales goals, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating store displays, managing inventory, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase profitability. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with team members and customers to enhance the overall in-store experience. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Retail Management, and Customer Relationship ManagementLeadership, Team Management, and Staff Training skillsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Inventory Management and MerchandisingAbility to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet performance targetsProficiency in using retail POS systems and basic computer applicationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
