We care for you.Position OverviewPetVet Care Centers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role supports the preparation, consolidation, and communication of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial results across Corporate HQ and field operations within a growing, mission-driven veterinary services organization.The Financial Analyst will partner with FP&A, Accounting, and cross-functional business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. This role will also work with data from multiple systems to help ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting.This position provides exposure to senior leadership and contributes data-driven insights that support operational performance, cost discipline, and strategic decision-making across our network of veterinary practices. You will join a collaborative finance team with opportunities for professional development and growth within the Finance organization, while making a meaningful impact across corporate functions and field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisSupport the development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and long-range planningAnalyze and communicate weekly metrics, monthly and quarterly financial results, and annual projectionsPerform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year; clearly explain key drivers and trendsPrepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior leadershipSupport ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives and business decisionsProactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-makingBusiness PartnershipPartner with Finance leadership to support corporate and enterprise-level financial initiativesCollaborate with Accounting and FP&A to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial reportingProvide financial insights and support to internal stakeholders, including field operations and center support teamsParticipate in regular meetings with operational and support teams to help drive revenue growth, operating profit, and EBITDA performanceProcess Improvement & SystemsIdentify opportunities to improve financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting processesSupport automation and standardization efforts to improve efficiency and data qualityUtilize financial systems and tools to streamline data analysis and reporting workflowsQualifications (Required)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related corporate finance roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience building financial modelsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to translate financial data into actionable insightsPreferred Skills (Nice To Have)Experience supporting multi-location organizationsBackground in veterinary services, healthcare, retail, or services-based industriesExperience with financial systems and tools (e.g., Solver, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)What We OfferWe care deeply about supporting our team members — professionally and personally.
