In this position, you will support the coordination, development, tracking, and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), surveys, and related sales materials across multiple internal business teams. Candidates must be located in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or UtahAs RFP Project Coordinator II, you will:Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, surveys, and proposal submissions across multiple departments.Track timelines, assignments, deliverables, and approvals to ensure timely and accurate completion of proposals.Partner with internal stakeholders to gather, edit, and organize proposal content and supporting documentation.Review and proofread narrative and graphic materials for consistency, accuracy, and quality.Assist with research, data collection, reporting, and proposal formatting using Microsoft Office tools and related technologies.Translate technical and operational information into polished proposal responses and presentation materials.Solve operational and technical issues related to proposal development and submission processes.Support the creation and maintenance of proposal templates, documentation, and process improvements.Who we’re searching for / About you:3+ years of experience supporting RFPs, proposal coordination, project coordination, or marketing operations in a healthcare, insurance, or corporate environment.Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent written communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.Experience managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.Experience with proposal management software such as Responsive (formerly RFPIO) is a plus.Healthcare insurance industry experience is highly preferred.Must be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours.We know that experience is gathered in many ways.
