The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, high-quality user interfaces, working across full project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust web applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .Build cross-browser compatible and high-performance web applications.Integrate front-end components with backend services using AJAX and APIs .Develop reusable, modular, and testable UI components.Participate in full project lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance .Contribute to estimation, planning, and proof-of-concept (POC) development.Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality processes .Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Mandatory Skills:Strong experience in ReactJSProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSSHands-on experience with AJAX and API integrationExperience in building cross-browser compatible applicationsStrong understanding of component-based architectureExperience Requirements:8–10 years of overall IT experienceMinimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI developmentProven experience working across development and maintenance projectsNice to Have:Experience with modern UI frameworks or librariesFamiliarity with performance optimization techniquesExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologiesEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
