VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time Case Manager roles.Schedules available: Monday- Friday, 8a-4:30p.Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000Territory: Ashland, Hopkinton and surrounding towns.Company Benefits start on day 1, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits.
