Magazzino is looking for FT Waitstaff to work in their Cafe Silvia, located in their Robert Olnick Pavilion!Main responsibilities may include:Clean cafe areas: buss tables, mop floors and wash some dishes and utensils.Ensure the dining room is perfect always by clearing and resetting tables after guests leaveDeliver food and beverages to customersHelp provide refills on water as needed and removing used tableware between courses.Ensure spills are cleaned up quickly with as little disturbance to the guest as possible.Ensure health, safety, security, and sanitation standards meet company guidelines;Receive food and supplies;Respond sincerely and appropriately to guest requests & concerns, and communicate to appropriate staff as necessary.Thank guests when leaving and inquire about their experience.Additional responsibilities may include:Exhibit respectful, courteous, and friendly communication with guests at all timesEnsure familiarity with daily menu to answer guest questionsAssist in managing daily inventory and restocking supplies in café back-of-houseAct as cashier when neededCheck floor/restrooms and clean as neededGain knowledge of the museum to provide accurate information to guests.Be flexible during the shift to help out where needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the café.Pay: $18.00 per hourBenefits: Include Medical, Life, Paid Time Off, 401k
