As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Construction Accountant to support multiple client engagements.Job SummaryThe Construction Accountant will manage financial reporting, job costing, and budget analysis across a portfolio of construction clients. This role requires a strong understanding of construction accounting principles and the ability to work across multiple companies in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage job costing and maintain accurate project financials for multiple clients      Prepare and analyze WIP (Work-in-Progress) reports Track project budgets, costs, and profitability across engagements Process accounts payable and receivable, including subcontractor invoices Handle AIA billing and lien waivers Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for clients Collaborate with client project managers and leadership teams Provide financial insights and support higher-level CFO advisory services QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting – CPA preferredAt least 3+ years of construction accounting experienceStrong knowledge of job costing and construction financial practices Experience managing multiple entities or clients is a plus Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage 300, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and client-facing skills  preferred
