Job Description Joseph Auto GroupFull-Time | Automotive | Collision Repair | ManagementWhat We're Looking For:Joseph Auto Group is hiring a dedicated and experienced Collision Center Estimator to support the daily operations of our high-performing auto body shop. You'll be 2nd in command to the Collision Center Assistant Manager, taking the lead in their absence, managing repair workflow, and delivering top-tier customer service from estimate to invoice.If you're experienced in collision repairauto body estimating, or shop supervision and want to grow with a respected and family-owned dealership group then we'd love to hear from you.We Offer:$55,000 - $65,000 base salary + bonusMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchPaid Vacation & HolidaysEmployee Discounts on vehicles, service, and partsQuick onboarding and paid training5-day work week – we are closed Saturday AND SundayCareer growth and internal advancement opportunitiesResponsibilities:• Assist the Collision Center Assistant Manager and step in as lead when they are out• Manage the complete customer repair process: from estimate to final invoice• Oversee technician productivity, repair timelines, and job quality• Use CCC One Shop Workflow to track and manage estimates and repairs• Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and internal teams• Collaborate with the parts and service departments to ensure job efficiency• Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant shop environment• Support team development through coaching and feedbackQualifications:• 2+ years of experience in collision center operationsauto body repair, or estimatingCCC One Shop Workflow experience strongly preferredReynolds & Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills• High attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality• Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbout Joseph Auto Group:With over 20 locations and 17 top automotive brands, Joseph Auto Group is one of the leading dealership groups in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.
