SATCOM Software Engineer, Senior Advisor

Overview As a SATCOM software specialist, you apply technical expertise to generate actionable intelligence from RF signals and digital communications. You will shape understandings of the operational environment and plan signals data collection within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Your work includes researching complex protocols, supporting signal processing and exploitation, and delivering briefings to junior and senior audiences, including IC and DoD partners. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing national security capabilities through cross-domain collaboration and technology-enabled intelligence. ResponsibilitiesDevelop actionable intelligence from RF signals and diverse sources through expert analysis.Support planning for signals data collection and operational understanding of the environment.Research and analyze complex digital communications and application-layer protocols; assist with processing and exploitation of collected signals.Prepare and present briefings on requirements, capabilities, and project status for audiences including senior executives.Provide operational guidance and engage with IC and DoD organizations; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
