Clinical Veterinarian

Clinical Veterinarian (Preclinical Research)Make a direct impact on animal welfare and scientific advancementWe're looking for a Clinical Veterinarian who is passionate about animal health, high-quality care, and supporting cutting-edge preclinical research. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Attending Veterinarian and senior leadership to ensure our animal care program operates at the highest standards of welfare, compliance, and scientific integrity.This is an opportunity to step into a highly collaborative environment where your clinical expertise directly supports both animal well-being and meaningful research outcomes.What You'll Do Conduct routine veterinary rounds, providing clinical care and preventive medicine while ensuring accurate and consistent documentationPartner with Operations and senior staff to ensure all animal care activities meet USDA regulations, company policies, and SOPsServe as a trusted advisor on animal health and welfare, including anesthesia, analgesia, disease prevention, and humane care practicesPerform physical exams and health assessments, including specialized procedures such as TB testing in non-human primatesCollaborate with the Attending Veterinarian and IACUC to support protocol review, program oversight, and regulatory complianceContribute to training, coaching, and guidance for animal care staff to ensure best practices across the programProvide surgical and anesthesia support as neededParticipate in emergency, weekend, and holiday coverage as part of a shared rotationWhy This Role MattersYou won't just be providing care—you'll be shaping and influencing a comprehensive animal care program.
