Assembly Supervisor

*Job Title: Assembly Supervisor* *Reports To: Director of Quality* *FLSA Status: Hourly Full-Time* *About Us* BPL Source distributor or cleanroom supplies based in Houston, TX. As we expand, we're seeking reliable personnel that can assemble convenience kits for resale. *Key Responsibilities* The process of assembling a convenience kit is to take one fixed quantity of one item and add a fixed quantity of another. * Participate on an assembly line process for convenience kits of sealed products. * Supervise and lead a team of up to six people to achieve production quotas * Remove obvious defective parts from the process. * Minimal use of simple machines * Other tasks as assigned *Qualifications* * Fluency and Literacy in both English and Spanish * Occasionally lift up to 20lbs. * HS Diploma, GED or equivalent *Key Skills* * Ability to follow directions repeatedly * Ability to lead teams to achieve goals * Communication and interpersonal skills *Compensation & Benefits* * Competitive salary (dependent on experience) * Health insurance * PTO and paid holidays * Supportive work environment Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
