Omega Flex, a leading manufacturer of Flexible Gas Hose, is seeking dedicated team players to join the team as Manufacturing Associates – Testers/Segmenters in Exton, PA. Why Manufacturing Associates join the Omega Flex team: Day Shift and Night Shift Available: Day shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm. Night shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions. Familiarity with cutting equipment and manufacturing tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, Must possess basic math and reading skills and have the ability to read measuring instruments. Must have the ability to lift 60 pounds on a daily basis. Mechanical ability and/or prior manufacturing experience helpful, but not necessary (we will train). Must be a reliable and dependable worker with great work ethic. Essential duties/responsibilities: Segmenting & Cutting: Accurately measure, cut, and segment raw materials using specialized equipment (e.g., saws, laser cutters, or automated machinery). Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects, ensuring all cuts meet required specifications and quality standards. Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain cutting equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctions. Safety Compliance: Follow company and industry safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, machine operators, and quality control personnel to meet production targets.
