QA/QC Manager - Data Center ConstructionWest TexasWe're seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control on a large-scale hyperscale data center project in West Texas. The role involves managing QA/QC operations across the building envelope and leading a team of inspectors across multiple scopes, requiring strong field leadership and experience delivering quality in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments.What's on offerBase salary up to $170,000 (+ 10% uptick, due to travel differential)Project completion + performance-based bonusPer diemFlights to and from the project site (covered once a month)Quality work life balance (1 week remote once a month)Company vehicle/ vehicle allowanceComprehensive healthcare coverKey responsibilitiesLead QA/QC activities for the building envelope on a hyperscale data center project, managing inspectors across multiple scopes and shiftsDevelop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection protocols to meet project specs, codes, and manufacturer requirementsConduct field inspections, audits, and track NCRs, deficiencies, and punch list items through to closeoutCoordinate inspections, testing, documentation, and turnover with subcontractors, consultants, and client teamsCollaborate with project stakeholders to drive quality execution, support commissioning, and maintain reporting and documentationRequirements7+ years of QA/QC experience in commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center constructionPrior experience managing QA/QC Inspectors or field quality teamsStrong understanding of building envelope systems including waterproofing, roofing, curtainwall, façade, and exterior assembliesExperience working on hyperscale data center or mission critical projects strongly preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentationFamiliarity with commissioning processes, inspection procedures, and turnover documentationStrong working knowledge of construction quality standards and testing requirementsIf you’re looking to step into a high-impact role on a hyperscale project with strong compensation and clear progression, apply directly or reach out for a confidential conversation to learn more.
