HR Assistant
Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company near the Beaverton-Hillsboro area, seeks a part time HR Assistant to join our dynamic corporate HR team in the charming Bethany Village neighborhood! The successful candidate will work closely with different HR specialists to learn and contribute to various areas including entry-level phone screens, tracking of data, data entry, auditing, employee engagement initiatives, and other tasks in our HR system related to payroll and benefits. This is an on-site position.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm. Can provide some flexibility with schedule.
Pay: $23.00 per hour.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruit for entry to mid-level positions including posting positions, reaching out to candidates, performing phone screens and scheduling interviews with managers.
Utilize HRIS to move new hires through the pre-employment process and make employee updates.
Assist with employee events and increasing employee engagement through various initiatives and surveys
Participate inwellness programs and answer basic policy and benefit questions.
Complete other HR administrative tasks and projects includingtracking, filling out forms, auditing, data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
1+ year of HR-related college course work or work experience preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail & strong organization skills
Customer service skills and ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

Language Requirement
All team members must have the basic abilitytouse computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend writtendocuments suchasworkorders,safetyrules,instructions,policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
