The ability to work with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role. You must have the ability to multi task and enhance a team environment. Being a team player is critical for success. This position is a 50-80% client-facing role that requires travel as needed.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of Godlan client projectsFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per client's needsDefine project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full scale project plans using Project Insight and Microsoft Project and ExcelWork with client to satisfactorily plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee on- time delivery for clientTrack project deliverables and communicate with client sponsors to deliver on-time and within scope and budgetProvide direction and support to project teamKeep all stakeholders updated on progress of projectAnalyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide clientDocument all client engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publishing reports as necessaryImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputsProvide project management expertise throughout entire projectAll other duties as assigned by supervisorRequirementsExcellent project management skillsAbility to communicate and work as a team playerCommunicating effectively with team members and clientsAbility to effectively train clients and junior level consultantsOutstanding oral and written communication skillsCollaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person)Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfactionRequired Skills and Abilities3+ years proven experience as a Project Manager and/or PMP CertificationExperience with project management tools and methodologies2+ years of experience with ERP or software applications2+ year of ERP implementation experienceMinimum Education/CertificationEducational Experience: A./B.S. in related field is requiredPMP certification or equivalent experiencePhysical DemandsThis position requires the employee to be able to see, hear, and speak. The employee will be often performing work in a seated position, which requires the use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and similar office equipment.
