Prodapt is part of the 130-year-old business conglomerate The Jhaver Group, which employs over 32,000 people across 80+ locations globally.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Strategy: Lead end-to-end solutioning for complex OSS/BSS programs, including O2C, T2R, and L2Q modernization.Alliance Integration: Collaborate with strategic global partners—including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google, AWS, Microsoft, and Snowflake—to design high-value, integrated solution blueprints.Pre-Sales & Bid Leadership: Own the technical response for RFIs/RFPs. This includes authoring SOWs, defining Resource Estimates, and conducting technical "defenses" with customer CTO/CIO stakeholders.Executive Presence: Act as the primary technical voice in workshops, aligning our solutions with the customer's long-term business goals.Innovation & Modernization: Design the transition from monolithic legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures utilizing Agentic Workflows and OrchestrationCommercial Viability: Partner with the Senior Director and CTO to ensure all technical solutions are commercially sound, delivery-ready, and optimized for ROI.RequirementsRequired Experience & SkillsThe "Must-Haves"15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, specifically within a Service Integrator or Tier-1 Vendor environment.Domain Expertise: Mastery of OSS/BSS stacks, TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID) frameworks, and Open APIsPlatform Proficiency: Advanced architectural knowledge of industry-leading platforms.Cloud & Data Mastery: Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and an understanding of data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks in a telco context.The "Soft" SkillsStrategic Solutioning: The ability to simplify massive technical hurdles into clear, actionable roadmaps for executive audiences.Autonomous Execution: As a remote US-based role, you must possess the discipline to lead complex, cross-functional bids with minimal supervision.Analytical Precision: A detail-oriented approach to building complex Bills of Materials (BoM) and navigating the sales cycle typical of Tier-1 carriers.Technical Focus AreasOSS: Service Orchestration, Inventory Management, SDN/NFV, and Service Assurance.BSS: Billing, Charging, CRM, and Product Catalog.Emerging Tech: GenAI, AIOps, Agentic Orchestration, and Predictive Intelligence for autonomous network operations.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.J-18808-Ljbffr
