The role involves safely operating company vehicles to transport goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and complying with all state and federal regulations. Drivers will be responsible for conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate logs of work, and communicating effectively with dispatchers and customers. Additional duties include loading and unloading cargo, securing loads, and adhering to all safety measures and company policies.QualificationsValid CDL (Class A or B) license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.Monday through Friday no over nights or weekendsHazmat Endorsement with Tanker required or willing to obtainPre-employment and Random Drug/Alcohol Screenings RequiredMinimum 1 to 2 years Driving ExperienceExperience in vehicle operation and maintenance, including performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety compliance.Strong communication skills for interacting with dispatchers and customers, and maintaining accurate transportation logs.Physical strength and stamina for loading, unloading, and securing cargo as needed.Attention to detail to ensure the proper handling of deliveries and strict adherence to schedules.Commitment to maintaining safety standards and compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.Previous experience in local delivery driving or logistics is a plus.BenefitsHourly wages plus Overtime paid after 40 hours a weekDirect Deposit WeeklyCompany Paid Health Insurance available after 90 daysPaid Holidays after 90 daysPaid Vacation after 1 year401K Plan eligible after 90 days If interested call Jean @ 314-427-1079 Monday through Friday 7 to 5pm
