Property Manager

Direct Hire Onsite Property Manager position Salary 42K/45K this is a 60unit complex in VENICE. Must have affordable housing arena with Tax Credit properties or HUD subsidized housing Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.Valid California driver's license and automobile insurance and/or have access to reliable transportation in order to travel between properties, to off-site properties, meetings, trainings, and events.Ability to communicate through print: emails and letters.Facilitate and complete annual re-certifications on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory agreement(s) including sending notification letters, tenant interviews, collecting documents and processing verification forms.Review AMI rent compliance at recertification.Ensure compliance with Section 8 inspections and other regulatory inspections.Coordinate work orders and other needed maintenance repairs with Maintenance and Asset Management staff.Other duties as assigned or required.Position comes with a One Bedroom UnitThis is a full-time, non-exempt position.
