We are proud to offer a generous benefits package, with recognized national carriers, designed to help our people stay healthy, balance work & life responsibilities, protect your assets & plan for a secure financial future.Pay Range $36.0000 to $57.5400 USDRegistered NurseJob Summary:The RN plans and implements nursing care for patients in the ICU, according to established policies and procedures while performing direct patient care for patients of all age groups and under a wide variety of circumstances.Pre-requisites:Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont Experience: At least one year of clinical experience preferred Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.Relationships:Reports To: Nurse Manager & Nurse Director Supervises: Other Contacts: Shift administrator, physicians, patients, families, visitors, public, forensic staff, hospital staff, and other healthcare practitionersScope:Machinery or Equipment Used: Patient monitoring devices, cast removal saw, IV pumps, patient transport devices, needles/syringes, computer, basic office equipment, and other patient care equipmentPhysical Demands: Occasional: sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, crouching, overhead reaching, and awkward positions. Frequent: twisting, bending, squatting, stooping, reaching and pushing/pulling. Constant: standing and walking Working Conditions: Exposure to crisis situations and unpleasant elements of acute traumatic injuries, accidents and illness. Frequently exposed to the risk of blood borne diseases. Exposed to hazards from electrical equipment.
