Cleanroom Technician

Technical Source, is seeking Cleanroom Technicians to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented setting and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance in a controlled environment.Responsibilities: 🔹 Perform routine operations in a cleanroom, including material handling, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting 🔹 Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) 🔹 Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other documentation in real time 🔹 Assist with cleaning, sterilization, and environmental monitoring activities 🔹 Operate equipment such as autoclaves, cleanroom washers, and filling or packaging machines 🔹 Wear and maintain proper cleanroom gowning at all times 🔹 Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and complianceQualifications: ✅ High School Diploma or GED required ✅ Prior experience in a cleanroom or controlled environment is strongly preferred ✅ Basic understanding of cGMPs, aseptic techniques, or ISO-classified cleanroom practices ✅ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high attention to detail ✅ Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs ✅ Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
