We're looking for people who share those values and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for leading elevator interior modernization projects from project kickoff through closeout. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, vendors, design, fabrication, and installation crews to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to MODA's quality standards. Success in this role comes from taking ownership of each project, building strong relationships, communicating proactively, and consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Alameda with regular local travel throughout the Bay Area during the workday. Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provisions will be discussed during the interview process. Overnight travel is not required. As you build expertise in our products, customers, and project management processes, this role offers opportunities for career growth into estimating, business development, and sales.Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Manage multiple elevator modernization projects from kickoff through completion. Coordinate with customers, vendors, architects, installers, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule. Review project drawings, material takeoffs, and specifications. Order materials and track project progress. Visit local job sites throughout the Bay Area to conduct field surveys, support installations, and resolve project issues. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams throughout each project. Identify problems early and develop practical solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation and project records.Qualifications:3+ years of project management experience preferred. Experience in construction, manufacturing, architectural products, or related industry preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook)Proficiency in ERP and CRM Software, as well as various Project Management platforms is a plusAbility to read construction and CAD drawings. Ability to accurately read a tape measure, including fractional measurements, and take precise field measurements.Understanding of estimating, material takeoffs, and material procurement preferred. Valid California driver's license.Elevator industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and a construction mindset.
