Order Selector - 4AM Start

Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area.Pay: $18.00-21.00 DOESchedule: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat **Weekend Required**Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate electric pallet jack ride-along equipment (single and double) to pick, build, and transport customer ordersPerform required pre-use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipmentUse headset-based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product codeBuild safe, stable pallets, frequently exceeding 5 feet in height, following proper stacking and safety guidelinesLabel and mark materials with identifying informationStage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areasIdentify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisorAdditional Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as assignedWork collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goalsMinimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environmentBasic math skills and strong attention to detailAbility to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage LogisticsAbility to give voice commands in English (required for voice-directed picking systems)Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F / -25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F / 37°C in dry storage while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gearAbility to lift a minimum of 40 lbs / 18 kgs (weight may vary by facility)Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as neededComfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at timesPay Range:$16.97 - $28.65Why Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
