Primary Tasks:
Manage and coordinate diverse projects with a focus on media asset creation, social media promotion, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with key dates and traffic peaks.
Utilize advanced project management software (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Slack) for effective planning, tracking, and execution.
Adapt swiftly in a dynamic, high-paced environment, handling projects that require immediate attention and action.
Demonstrate proficiency in handling extremely tight deadlines, including coordinating teams for one-hour turnarounds.
Maintain and organize a wide range of media files, ensuring systematic storage and easy retrieval.
Foster improved communication among team members, especially where tasks are interdependent, to ensure smooth project execution.
Employ problem-solving process flows to identify repeating patterns in projects, aiming to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
