This role offers the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas of HR while helping create a positive employee experience across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review employee compensation and benefits packagesAdminister health, life, and other employee insurance programsManage workers’ compensation processes and documentationCoordinate onboarding and new hire orientationsImplement employee training and development programsPartner with hiring managers to plan annual performance reviewsCommunicate new and updated employee benefits programsMaintain accurate job descriptions and salary informationSupport employee relations and day-to-day HR needsAssist with payroll processing and HR record managementQualifications2+ years of Human Resources experience requiredStrong understanding of benefits administration and employee relationsExperience with onboarding, workers’ compensation, and payroll support preferred#INMAY2026
