Quality Control Specialist
Quality Control Specialist (Bilingual Korean required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a 1 tier supplier for a global automobile manufacture\nand is seeking for a Quality Control Specialist/\n\nMAJOR FUNCTION:\n * Validates customer quality issues and assign corrective responsibility\n * Prepares corrective actions on quality issues\n * Investigates root causes of in-process or customer concerns\n * Maintains status of daily customer issues\n * Performs periodic inspection in accordance with the schedule or as needed\n * Insures proper inspection techniques are being applied to promote part\n reliability\n * Oversees destruct reporting and result status\n * Trains quality inspectors according to annual training plan\n * In accordance with schedule, conducts quality audit or quality conference\n meeting\n * Effectively communicates with department team members for customer\n satisfaction\n * Handles and reports customer concerns to relevant departments or team members\n * Responsible for maintaining proper documentation as outlined in the procedure\n * Controls and responsible for calibration of measuring instruments\n * Develops MSA (Measurement System Analysis)\n * Analyzes quality performance index, quality cost matrix, etc.\n * Updates information f quality information board, quality alert, engineering\n change order\n * Monitors suppliers and perform SPA based on periodic supplier process audit\n schedule\n * Issues nonconformance reports, claims, and other various reports to suppliers\n * Follow-up supplier, customer PPAP\n * Follow-up engineering level, modification of parts\n * Maintains compliances of ISO/TS 16949 requirements and requirements of\n customer\n * Develops supplier periodic inspection schedule and perform periodic\n inspection on suppliers\n * Performs SPC (Statistical Process Control) based on control plan or annual\n schedule\n * Prepares and validates corrective action reports received from relevant\n departments/suppliers\n * Develops and validates counter measure plans\n * Initiates process continual improvement\n\nPREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:\n * Bachelor's degree in engineering field or 3 years related field experience\n with BA degree required\n * Three years of process improvement experience preferred\n * Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD required\n * An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal,\n communication skills\n * Capability to perform multi-tasks
