Stamping Operations Lead Specialist

The Stamping Operations Lead Specialist is responsible for supporting the Material Logistics Assembly Operations Lead for NA. Support functions include assisting the leadership team in coordinating communication, aligning initiatives and tracking priorities across the NA stamping plants. This individual ensures effective follow-up on key actions, supports project planning and helps drive consistency and accountability across the MLM organization. The Stamping Operations Lead Specialist participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Production Way activities.Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for leadership meetings, plant reviews, and cross-functional updatesTrack action items and follow-ups across multiple plants and logistics functionsSupport internal communication by summarizing key messages, updates, and decisionsAlign logistics goals and initiatives by maintaining project trackers, scorecards, and timelinesCoordinate with plant logistics leads and support functions (e.g., IT, quality, HR) to ensure alignmentAssist in documenting SOPs, playbooks, and best practices for consistency across plantsProvide support in gathering and summarizing data for performance metrics or presentationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related fieldAbility to work any shift and overtime as requiredAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google SuitePublic Speaking SkillsPreferred Qualifications18 Months Experience in prior Manufacturing or Supervisory rolePrevious experience working in a union environmentAbility to demonstrate lean manufacturing knowledge and applicationOur Benefits — Designed With You In MindComprehensive Health & Well-being CoverageFrom your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage — ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
