Customer Support Associate/Logistics Coordinator - Arizona

Quicksilver Express Courier is an on-demand delivery company looking to hire a full time Customer Service Representative who will also cross train for a Dispatcher Position. This is not a call center position. If you are detail oriented and able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, then this is the position for you! MUST be reliable! MUST work well with others! Customer Service Responsibilities:Provide accurate and professional customer serviceIncoming order entry via phone, email, webOutbound calls to customers with delivery statusProvide problem resolution for customers and driversAccurate and complete documentation of all issuesConstant contact with other reps and dispatchersMultitask between order entry, monitoring delivery status, problem resolution, etc.Other customer service and office duties Dispatcher Responsibilities:Ability to select best possible driver based on location, ability, vehicle specifications & current work loadAbility to navigate upwards of 30 drivers simultaneously to complete more than 200+ expedited deliveries per dayContinually analyze drivers and deliveries as the situation changes; provide alternative options for when plan A is disruptedPossess superior communication skills to quickly relay concise, detailed information to drivers, customer and office staffAbility to identify driver, customer & support staff errors & implement corrective action in a timely fashionCoach new drivers as part of their on-the-job training, providing additional instruction and guidance High school diploma/GED requiredStrong knowledge of the metro and surrounding areasBackground experience in a customer service environment with problem resolution skillsCall center experience or transportation experience preferredMust be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends and holidaysExhibit a strong attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment in high pressure situationsStrong written and oral communication skills are essentialAbility to Multi-task in the areas of customer service and order entryMust be reliable and punctual - maintain excellent attendanceBasic computer skills -- will use windows-based softwareBasic to advanced typing skills - Minimum 34 words per minuteCapable of working in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to cross train in a dispatch position PREVIOUS TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, but not required
