Supervisor/Team Lead Needed for a busy inspection company!Need to have previous Supervisor Experience!Shift:2nd shift with flexibility (10-12 HOUR SHIFT IF NECESSARY) (Monday-Saturday 430pm-230am, Sundays if necessary)Candidates must have supervisory skills/experience.The key responsibilities of the Supervisor/Team Lead include, but are not limited to, the following:Oversee the containment process, responsible for the laborers and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables or workstationsMust lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping skills in all areas of the facilityEnsure all employees work safely and in accordance with company health and safety policies and proceduresReport any accidents or incidents that occur within the facility immediately to the ManagerResponsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.)Ensure end of shift activities are completed such as auditing of paperwork and time sheets along with any necessary communication to the next shift Team LeadEnsure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobsProvide on-the-job training for any new work instructions when applicableMust be accountable for all personnel assigned to specific jobsProvide input to Manager regarding performanceReport any policy or procedure violations to the ManagerParticipate, support, and comply with all health and safety initiatives and requirementsMinimum Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or higher preferredAbility to work to work overtime, or weekends if neededPrior experience in an automotive related manufacturing facility preferred3 years of supervisory experience preferredAbility to stand for long periods of time, lift to 35lbs, and work within a manufacturing environmentExperience with Microsoft Office products preferredBasic math skills requiredAbility to follow instructions and follow through with assigned tasksAbility to communicate procedures and instruct others in a clear and precise mannerForklift experienceMust be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
