You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives.Responsibilities & Outcomes:Build brand to drive penetration and share of market growthLead and deliver annual planning & functional strategy. MBA preferred.Job specific requirements:3+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, working with large CPG brands (revenue of $100MM+)Creative and innovative mindset, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quoDemonstrated understanding of the retail landscape/working with retail accounts (partnership, joint business value creation, etc)Proven Brand Management experience with demonstrated resultsTravel requirements: Approx. 3-4 business trips per yearWork schedule: This is a full-time, hybrid role based in East Hanover, NJ with in-office expectations of minimum 2 days per week.Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
