General Manager — StretchLab
Who We Are
StretchLab is a fast-growing boutique wellness brand focused on helping people move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching. Our studios are energetic, welcoming, and community-driven — and we’re looking for a strong, sales-minded General Managerto lead our Bothell location.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position with a heavy focus on sales and business development.
You’ll spend approximately:
80–90% of your time driving sales, outreach, and revenue growth
10–20% leading the team and managing studio operations
You are the engine of the studio — responsible for revenue, culture, performance, and the overall member experience.
What You’ll DoSales & Growth (Primary Focus)
Drive membership sales through in-studio conversions and outside business development
Execute daily outbound sales: calls, texts, emails, follow-ups, and prospecting
Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
Generate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and events
Plan and execute studio promotions and pop-ups
Own studio performance metrics: leads, conversions, revenue, and retention
Team Leadership
Hire, train, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives and Flexologists
Build a high-performance, positive, accountable culture
Set clear expectations and continuously develop your team
Studio Operations
Oversee daily studio operations and customer experience
Maintain a clean, organized, brand-ready studio
Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
Handle high-level customer service issues
Ensure compliance with StretchLab policies and procedures
Collect outstanding dues and manage basic financial reporting
Use ClubReady CRM for scheduling, reporting, payroll, and performance tracking
Who You Are
A confident sales leaderwho loves the chase and the close
A hands-on manager who leads from the front
Highly organized and comfortable working with numbers and systems
Excellent communicator with strong people skills
Flexible and available for evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience required(membership or fitness sales strongly preferred)
Proven ability to drive revenue and lead teams
Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software
Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)

Additional Information
Compensation Transparency (Washington State Compliance):
The total compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 per year, which includes base pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, performance, and studio results.
