We are currently sourcing for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work in Boston, MA or Smithfield, RI!The TeamFidelity’s Technical Talent Acquisition Team is a comprehensive TA function with full life cycle recruiting responsibilities with the ability to attract high quality talent to the organization. As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be assigned to a specific technical business unit and will be responsible for all aspects of hiring from the initial stage of hiring manager engagement, all the way through offer. We provide technical subject matter expertise to hiring managers with regard to the internal and external employment market trends and maintain a deep knowledge of their business objectives and workforce plans. You may be the primary point of contact for key staffing-wide programs or service offerings.The Expertise and Skills You BringAt least 5 years of recruiting experience, Technology recruiting experience requiredBachelor’s degree preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
