Java Lead

Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects. Should have experience of 8+ years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies. Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
MOST IMPORTANT:
Team Lead experience - experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).Valid H1b - minimum 2 years validity or approved i-140.Good Communication.100% written confirmation on working from the client office - no remote working (not negotiable)
