Senior Account Manager - Power Generation Products

Gen-Systems is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Senior Account Manager – Power Generation Products to support sales growth and account development across our power generation product portfolio.Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.This role is ideal for a sales professional who is ready to strengthen customer relationships, support commercial activity, identify growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver responsive account support. The successful candidate will serve as a key commercial contact for customers and play an important role in expanding market presence across industrial and energy-related applications.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned customer accounts for power generation products and related solutionsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and account supportIdentify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and target customersServe as a primary commercial contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-upSupport proposal preparation, pricing coordination, and commercial documentationCoordinate with internal technical and operations teams to respond to customer requirementsTrack account activity, opportunity updates, and forecasts within CRM toolsSupport contract discussions, order follow-up, and issue resolutionMonitor customer requirements, market activity, and competitor developmentsParticipate in customer visits, trade events, and other sales activities as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field3+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in power generation, industrial equipment, energy, or related marketsStrong communication, relationship-building, and customer support skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and commercial activities effectivelyCommercial awareness and willingness to learn technical product applicationsStrong organization, follow-through, and attention to detailWillingness to travel as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with generators, gas turbines, power systems, or related equipmentExposure to industrial, utility, oil and gas, emergency power, or temporary power applicationsExperience using CRM systems and pipeline management toolsAbility to work effectively across technical, commercial, and operational teamsStrong potential for continued growth in industrial or technical salesCompany DescriptionAt GenSystems we are a team of enthusiastic engineers, energy experts, and logistical professionals with a shared vision: to make decentralized power a reality.
