You'll oversee the day-to-day accounting functions while also providing insights that help drive smarter business decisions.If you enjoy balancing technical accounting, team leadership, and strategic influence-this is a role where you can make a meaningful impact.What You'll DoLead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingPrepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAPManage payroll-related accounting, including GL entries, accruals, and benefit paymentsSupport budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with company goalsOversee tax preparation, filings, and auditsAssist with annual financial audits, ensuring minimal adjustmentsReview and reconcile general ledger activityTrack and monitor CAPEX projects and financial performanceMaintain cash flow planning to meet monthly and quarterly targetsEnsure timely collections, adherence to payment terms, and accurate tax remittanceSupervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering development and accountabilityPartner cross-functionally to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiencyConduct ad hoc analysis, including inventory and cost investigations, to identify improvement opportunitiesParticipate in job cost reviews to support continuous improvement initiativesLeverage ERP systems to streamline processes and enhance reportingWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredProven ability to lead processes and improve financial operationsNice to HaveMBA or advanced degreeCPA or CMA certificationExperience with ERP systems and financial modelingWhy This RoleOpportunity to play a key role in financial leadership and strategyHigh visibility with executive team and cross-functional partnersAbility to drive process improvements and make a measurable impactCollaborative environment with a focus on growth and accountabilityCompensation & Benefits$110K - $150K base salary (DOE) + bonusMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k) with company matchPTO and paid holidaysAdditional benefits offered
