Tech Lead: AI‐Native ToolHound (Embedded)

Beacon Software is seeking a Tech Lead for ToolHound, our mature tool and asset management platform used by industrial, construction, energy, and manufacturing customers. You will own the codebase, set the roadmap, and lead the team, delivering AI-powered enhancements at scale.You will be a senior .NET expert capable of spanning backend, mobile, data, infra, and AI, with cloud and SQL depth. Expect to mentor others, drive architecture, and communicate clearly with non‐engineers.
