What You'll Be DoingAs a business coach, your role is to ensure our clients experience world-class coaching that drives real business results. You'll be both a "doer" and a "designer" in this role: The Doing - Delivering world-class coaching sessions Group coaching with business ownersFacilitating online training sessionsMonitoring client results and engagementAnswering questions on our coaching portals and Facebook groupsThe Designing - Improving our coaching systems Identifying and implementing better ways to help clients growDeveloping coaching resources to drive client successOptimising coaching processes to get faster resultsYour ultimate goal?
