Personal Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a team player experienced in delivering exceptional service and helping customers with their Personal Insurance needs. Responsibilities include: Cultivating effective relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding expectations. Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of customer information and interactions. Delivering customized solutions directly to the customer, along with detailed explanations. Keeping in touch with trends in the marketplace. Processing policy endorsements, preparing applications and marketing existing accounts. Providing consistent, accurate and timely communication with customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have: At least two years of personal insurance experience. Strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using agency management system, Applied Epic preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with other members of the team. PA Property & Casualty license. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
