(Please Note: This role does NOT offer work authorization visa sponsorship, relocation assistance or C2C/Corp-to-Corp Engagement)About SoloPointSince 2006, SoloPoint Solutions has helped hundreds of high-tech companies to identify, qualify and secure critical resources to ensure the success of their engineering and product development processes.About the Job:We are seeking experienced recruiting professionals to join our growing team in Santa Clara, CA.This position is 5 days on-site, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.Job DutiesContinuously develop candidate sources by utilizing Boolean search tools, social media, attending networking events, etc.Conducts interviews to qualify and match multiple candidates to appropriate job ordersConsistently follow up with hiring managers and candidates in scheduling phone and on-site interviewsBuild and maintain relationships with current and prospective engineering talentsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree required or AA degree + 4 years of relevant experienceMinimum 2 years of recruiting experienceMust be from a staffing, payrolling or workforce consulting firmMust come from mid-high volume outreach environmentAbility to build strong relationships with account managers, hiring managers, and other recruitersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of ATS and CRM applications is a plusProven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSalaryBase salary ranges from $50,000 - $65,000/year + uncapped commissionBenefitsMedical, Dental, Accident Vision Plans401(k)PTO
