TOP Coordinator

Job Summary:Sunrise Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized TOP Coordinator /Technical Design Assistant to join our Technical Design team. The ideal candidate willsupport the technical design process by processing TOPs for bulk production andassisting the Technical Design department for DG2 by Diane Gilman and RM Studio byRebecca Minkoff. This is a part time position and would be a good opportunity for astudent to gain working experience in Technical Design.Key Responsibilities:-Process TOPs by measuring and entering all information into the B2B system tosupport the completion of the production process in a detailed and timely manner.-Communicate with internal and external partners for the B2B process.-Receive fit samples and TOPs packages from our overseas office. This includesunpacking, checking in all samples in the internal production tracking chart, distributingsamples to the Technical Designers and notifying the team accordingly.-Assist with shipping packages to our internal and external partners.-Follow up on incoming and outgoing samples.-Follow through with questions and requests from overseas partners and QA team viaemail.-Work with the Production Team to meet timelines and communicate the necessaryinformation to the overseas factories.Qualifications:-High school diploma-Must be able to be trained in the Flex PLM system.-Must maintain accuracy in measuring TOPs and fit samples.-Good organizational and time management skills.-Good verbal and written communication skills.-Ability to focus on the task at hand.-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet seasonal deadlines.-Ability to work closely in collaboration with all cross functional partners.-Maintain a team player mindset and a positive attitude.-Ability to recognize priorities and maintain flexibility in taking on new projects asneeded for team support.-Ability to follow direction of Technical Designers and Director closely to stay on trackwith team priorities.-This is a part time position - 16 hours per week, onsite.-Must be authorized to work in the US.
