Hilco Vision's portfolio includes Prescription Safety, Lens care, Eyewear Accessories, Lab & Dispensing Products, Dry Eye Solutions, Vision Testing Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, and Diagnostic Exam & Surgical Supplies.Hilco Vision is searching for an organized, team-focused HR Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll support onboarding, employee data management, and day-to-day HR operations - all while helping create positive employee experience. This role will be working 5 days a week; M-F 8am-4:30pm, on site in our facility located in Fairfield, OH.Qualifications2+ years of HR or administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing facilityStrong Attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsComfortable working in an HRIS System (UKG or similar)Must be proficient utilizing the MS Office SuiteAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetPositive, flexible, can-do attitude.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming environmentManage office supplies, conference room scheduling as needed, and general site coordinationConduct new hire onboarding and orientation, including creating folders, issuing badges, assigning lockers, and completing E-VerifyCoordinate visitor check-ins, mail distribution, and other on-site support activitiesEnter and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (new hires, manual temporary employee entries, E-verify, changes, terminations)Support time and attendance processes in HR SystemReset passwords and troubleshoot employee system access issuesAssist in initiatives that enhance employee morale, such as recognition programs, events and internal communicationsAct as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsProvide overall administrative support to HR team members both on-site and virtuallyBenefitsWeekly payMedical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off401K Savings planRobust EAP programEmployee referral bonusPPE provided by organizationEqual Opportunity Employer
