Direct Care Worker-$1000 Hiring Bonus

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS, you’ll support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person‑centered care.Standard DSP Pay:$16.00/hr! Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase to $16.50/hr! $1000 Hiring Bonus*Asleep Overnight DSP Pay:You will be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings/trainings according to regulations. This is an overnight position that allows for approximately five hours of sleep per night. However, concerns during the night and in the morning hours are expected to be addressed.Pay:Standard DSP pays $13.96/hr. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $14.46/hr. $1000 Hiring Bonus*Advanced Direct Support Professional Pay:These homes support individuals who have higher health and support needs. Team members are trained to utilize medical equipment such as a nebulizers. oxygen, hoyer lift/track system and sit to stand as well as seizure disorders and protocols to follow. The individuals need full support in activities of daily living.Pay:Pays $17/hr.
