You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and you are up for the challenge.Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair, and maintain projectsWork in outdoor utility construction sitesTroubleshoot problems as they arise in the fieldTrain your crew on various kinds of tools and equipmentOperate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers and other types of machineryManage all aspects of job-site constructionQualificationsAbout You:Safety is a part of your day-to-dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamEmbrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your teamYou know the telecom construction industry: Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc.You have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workMOS Codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305 relate well to this position.Compensation: $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.Hard work pays off.
