Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team:⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
