In this role you’ll be supported and resourced to be a technical problem solver and critical thinker, while being relied on as a thoughtful communicator. As you grow into this role, you’ll be encouraged to take on larger projects for our clients and become a leader within the team. The minimum duration of this internship is 9 months.Key ObjectivesConfidence in communicating professionally, clearly, and effectively with not only clients, but the Foundant team, from executives to interns, as wellDevelop professional skills that can be translated into any future roleA greater understanding of the impact of the philanthropic sectorGain a technically comprehensive understanding of all Foundant’s software productsFind challenge and growth in working in a fast-paced software companyHave an unfair advantage as you seek your next step beyond this internshipQualificationsAreas of Study or Experience: All welcome!Schedule: 15+ hours per week M-F, flexible schedule in collaboration with organization needs and Team Lead coordination.Expected employment term: A 9-month or more service period (potentially longer for the right candidate) is expectedPreferred QualificationsRelevant coursework in Business, Computer Science, or Communications.CompetenciesAble to execute day-to-day, as you’ll answer and solve client questions, collaborate with internal team members to find solutions, escalate software issues when they arise, and contribute to the continued satisfaction of our clients.Demonstrate technical aptitude and problem-solving skills through finding software solutions for clients.Professionally and thoroughly address client’s software questions via phone calls, chats, and emails.Enjoying team-focused work encouraging collaboration in a fun, supportive environment.You’ll be immersed in a supportive work environment of other students and young professionals across the country.Salary RangeStarting at $15 / hourFoundant Technologies is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
