If you enjoy making a difference and creating meaningful experiences, we'd love to hear from you!Position Summary:The Activity Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive activity program that meets the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of our residents.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead daily activity programs for residentsPlan special events, outings, and holiday celebrationsComplete activity assessments and documentation in compliance with regulationsEncourage resident participation and engagementCoordinate with other departments to enhance resident quality of lifeSupervise activity staff and volunteersEnsure compliance with state and federal guidelinesQualifications:Previous experience in long-term care or activities preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsCompassionate, creative, and energetic personalityAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekendsCertification (or willingness to obtain) as an Activity DirectorPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
