Company: E Cyber7 Technologies Location: Hybrid / Remote Eligible – Maryland Preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Clearance Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship Required; Active Security Clearance PreferredPosition OverviewE Cyber7 Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to support the development and enhancement of advanced cybersecurity and AI-enabled enterprise platforms.The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud-based applications supporting federal, DoD, and national security missions. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, DevSecOps practices, and secure software engineering principles.The engineer will work closely with cybersecurity engineers, systems architects, AI/ML specialists, and program leadership to deliver mission-focused solutions supporting Zero Trust, RMF, enterprise workflow automation, and AI-enabled knowledge management capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and enterprise SaaS platforms.Build responsive and secure front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.Develop and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services.Integrate databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs into enterprise applications.Support Agile and DevSecOps software development lifecycle activities.Implement secure coding standards and cybersecurity best practices aligned with RMF, NIST, and Zero Trust principles.Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.Develop automation workflows and AI-enabled process integrations.Troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, and system integration challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting DoD and federal customer missions.Support CI/CD pipeline development and containerized deployments.Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and configuration management artifacts.Assist with software accreditation and compliance activities where required.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of professional software engineering experience.Experience with full-stack development in enterprise environments.Proficiency in:JavaScript / TypeScriptReact, Angular, or Vue.jsNode.js, Python, Java, or C#RESTful APIs and microservices architecturesSQL and NoSQL databasesExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of secure software development methodologies.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and within Agile development teams.U.S. Citizenship required.Preferred QualificationsActive Secret or Top Secret Clearance.Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal programs.Familiarity with:RMF (Risk Management Framework)Zero Trust ArchitectureAI/ML integrationCybersecurity orchestration platformsKnowledge management systemsExperience with:AWS GovCloudService-oriented architecturesInfrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)DevSecOps toolchainsElastic Stack, Splunk, or cybersecurity analytics platformsSecurity certifications such as:Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)AWS Certified Developer or Solutions ArchitectDesired CharacteristicsSelf-starter with strong initiative and mission focus.Passion for innovation, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.Ability to operate in fast-paced and evolving environments.Strong collaboration and leadership potential.Commitment to delivering secure, high-quality software solutions.BenefitsCompetitive salaryPerformance incentivesFlexible work environmentProfessional development and certification supportOpportunity to support national security and emerging AI/cyber missionsHealth benefitsAbout E Cyber7 TechnologiesE Cyber7 Technologies develops advanced cybersecurity, AI-enabled workflow automation, and enterprise knowledge management solutions supporting government and national security customers.
