CONCRETE PRODUCTION OPERATOR I

As a Concrete Operator, you will support the production of concrete pads and products by operating machinery, preparing molds, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. What We Offer Pay of $18.00 per hour First Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Temp-to-hire opportunity Hands-on training in a manufacturing environment What We're Looking For: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently (50-75% of shift) Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift High School Diploma or GED (preferred) What You'll Do as a Concrete Operator: Prepare and mix concrete according to production specifications and measurements Coat molds with release agents, secure foam, and insert rebar as required Operate vibrators and assist with concrete spreading and strike-off (troweling) processes Demold concrete pads using vacuum equipment and transfer products to conveyor lines Inspect finished pads, remove defects, and repair minor imperfections Stack and palletize finished products with accurate counts Insert bolts, clips, and other components based on product specifications Operate foam cutting machinery and CNC equipment Maintain cycle counts of raw materials Label, wrap, and prepare products for inventory Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards Follow company waste disposal and safety guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned
