Foreman – Parking Garage RestorationAbout CHD VerticalCHD Vertical is a specialty contractor focused on parking garage repair, restoration, waterproofing, and structural concrete rehabilitation throughout Pittsburgh, Western Pennsylvania, and surrounding regions.From concrete repair and traffic-bearing coatings to full structural restoration, our team works on projects that extend the life and safety of parking structures.We fix parking garages.Position SummaryCHD Vertical is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead daily field operations for active parking garage restoration and concrete repair projects.This position is responsible for overseeing a specific crew and managing day-to-day jobsite activities. The Foreman works directly under the Superintendent and Project Management team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules and specifications.The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of leading crews in active commercial construction environments.Experience with parking structures, concrete restoration, waterproofing systems, coatings, or structural repair is strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesLead daily field activities for assigned projectsSupervise and coordinate field crews on siteWork closely with the Superintendent and Project Managers to maintain schedules and production goalsEnsure work is performed safely and according to project specificationsCoordinate daily labor, materials, tools, and equipment needsTrack project progress and communicate field updatesAssist with scheduling deliveries and maintaining jobsite organizationRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsMaintain quality control throughout all phases of workConduct daily safety discussions and enforce company safety standardsTrain and mentor field personnel as neededAssist with problem solving and coordination in the fieldQualifications3+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience preferredExperience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, coatings, or structural repair preferredAbility to lead crews and manage daily production activitiesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to read construction drawings and specificationsOSHA training is a plusValid driver’s license requiredWillingness to travel regionally as requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth benefitsPaid time offOpportunity for advancement within a growing specialty contractorHands-on involvement in complex structural restoration projectsLocationBased in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region with travel throughout Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas as required.ApplyTo apply, send your resume to:sales@chdvertical.comLearn more at:https://chdvertical.com
